Our Story
La StoriaMy name is Giacomo Pasqualini, and I come from Senigallia, a small town on the east coast of Italy. Food has always been part of my life. My mum and grandmother were incredible cooks, and from a young age I was in the kitchen with them — asking questions, trying to learn every secret behind the dishes they made.
At 14 I began studying hospitality while working in a busy pizzeria. By 24, after years across catering, hotels, traditional restaurants and a Michelin-starred kitchen, I opened my own restaurant in Italy. Then in 2017, Sydney called — and so began the next chapter. At 51 Café, I share real Italian food made the way I was taught: from scratch, with fresh ingredients, experience, and passione.
