Pork Sausage and Mushroom Ragu

A hearty combination of pork and fennel sausage with earthy mushrooms and tomato. Robust, aromatic and wonderfully satisfying, inspired by the rustic cooking of the Italian countryside.

INGREDIENTS:

Neapolitan Sauce (peeled tomato, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, basil), pork sausage (pork mince, fennel seed, salt, pepper), button mushroom, parsley.

May contain gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, nuts.

HOW TO ENJOY YOUR SAUCE?

Heat in a saucepan until simmering. Cook your favourite pasta, drain and add to the sauce. Toss well and serve..
