Eggplant Ragu Sauce

Silky eggplant, sweet onion and ripe tomatoes cooked together to create a generous,
flavourful sauce. A simple Mediterranean combination with a rich, naturally savoury
finish.

INGREDIENTS:

Neapolitan Sauce (peeled tomato, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, basil), eggplant, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper.

May contain gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, nuts.

HOW TO ENJOY YOUR SAUCE?

Heat in a saucepan until simmering. Cook your favourite pasta, drain and add to the sauce. Toss well and serve.

Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
